UNIVERSITY!

So for the past two years I have been studying art at the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic. For those who don't know what a polytechnic is (half of my British family back in England don't) it's basically a step or two down from Uni but after high school and or college, depending on where you come from. But yeah, so I've been studying art in the area for the past two years, still living at home with the family etc.

Looks like this year is gonna be a bit different.
Due to a kind of connection between the poly and Wintec in Hamilton, I can go and join the third year and then add a Degree onto my Diploma, which is actually pretty handy. Means I don't have to start study right from the beginning again XD. Of course, that is once the Wintec actually start to do something (they've been a bit rubbish, but ah well). I start in two weeks, and even though I'm not technically in the course yet, looks like I'll be going.

I'll probably move over and just work anyway, seeing as we have a house and stuff.

So! No more living at home, getting my laundry done for me and home made meals. I am so gonna miss my mummy. I'm kinda excited and scared all at once, scared because it means moving out and being independent, and excited because it means moving out and being independent.

Makes sense in my head.
